the epidemy of forwarding problems
I am coming from a “problem solver” mentality. My folks were living in difficult times and you were supposed to solve problems all the time, your own or others. But these days, at every level, personal or company, from a simple clerk into a supermarket to a multinational, everybody is forwarding problems. There a mental barriers and corporate procedures in place, just to avoid responsibility. It is probably the capitalist model, where the time dedicated to following up a problem does not compensate and is easier to toss it away, even at a small loss of customers. This is the real wind of change, expect worse in the future!
